DAT MD-82 OY-RUT Retro Livery design project
In 2019, Danish Air Transport invited designers to create a new livery for OY-RUT, a former Meridiana McDonnell Douglas MD-82. Instead of proposing a contemporary design, Njord Zonneveld and Mees Jansen imagined how the aircraft might have looked in DAT service during the 1980s. The result was a fictional retro livery built around the visual codes of the period, recognisable, historically informed and created specifically for the distinctive proportions of the MD-82.

Concorde Prototype 101 "Mach 2.23 speed record" Poster
Developed as the first British pre-production Concorde, G-AXDN played a crucial role in shaping the future of commercial supersonic travel. In March 1974, the aircraft reached Mach 2.23 at 63,700 feet, the highest speed ever recorded by a Concorde and part of the legacy of the fastest commercial airliner ever flown.
This artwork translates the technological optimism and aerospace ambition of the 70s into a modern collector print.
